ON SALE!!!!

These item are ON SALE in my shop. Click on any of my Etsy icons above to access my shop.

Are you a party animal? You have to have this "too wild to be tamed bag"! I lined the bag with hot pink fabric for an absolute contrast & the black bottom is top stitched with hot pink thread for an extra POP! The bottom of the bag is a soft velvety suede like fabric in black. This bag is perfect for everyday use or for a night out with the girls!!!

Dimensions:
Handle: 9 in ratan handle (large enough to put over your shoulder)
Bag: 13in by 15in with a 1 inch wide bottom

The sling is made with black fabric deep red cherries. The lining is a deep scarlet red for contrast. Slings can be used from newborn through toddler years with your toddler on your hip and the sling supporting their weight under there bottom as shown. Baby slings are very easy on the back, neck and shoulders because of the way baby's weight is carried and supported by the sling. Slings are also great for nursing!

Calaveras Bag

I just got this fabric i n the mail today & I could not wait to start sewing!! So, I immediately got to work and ta-da! OMG is this bag not totally awesome or what!? I love the glitter on each sugar skull and the colors are awesome.

I lined the bag with a fabric color called "Orchid" It's very unique... kind of a pinkish purplish color. I have to admit it was hard to find thread & a zipper to match! The closest I could find for the zipper was a rosey pink. It still looks awesome!!!!!

Shark Reef Aquarium with the kids

We took the kids to the Shark Reef for a Family day today. We went mainly for Braydon's birthday, but also as an excuse to do something cool as a family. The kids had a blast. They especially loved to be able to touch the stingrays. Braydon has always had a LOVE for animals & when we went camping last week he found a caterpillar (named Bugar haha) & played with it all week while we were there. So when he touched the stingray he says "It's soft like a caterpillar" haha kids are so fun :-)

Great Thanks!!

New Baby Booties

HOT OFF THE SEWING MACHINE!!!

So I was going through my small pieces of fabric & decided it was time to create some new booties. So here they are!! I have to say my favorites are the Cherry Blossum ones. I bought that fabric & made a baby sling for my sister-in-law out of it & I had a little left over so I made some booties. Aren't they adorable? I think I might even have enough to make a diaper bag so keep your eyes open for that.

The Regal Skull booties came out pretty good also. That fabric is so detailed some of the smaller skulls go unnoticed so I carefully cut out these pieces to give those little skulls a chance to stand out haha.

boy! did we get dirty!!! When it doesn't rain up there the dust is everywhere!! The Cinders is a large area covered in volcanic gravel. We ride through ancient craters caused by the dormant volcanoes!! It's so awesome :-)

Cinders OHV Riding Trip July 2009

What an awesome vacation!!! There is nothing better than getting your riding fix during the summer at the Cinders OHV Rec Area! It's too hot to ride the dunes in the summer so this place is a great alternative. This is our second trip so far & I'm sure we will return many times :-)

We met my mom & friends there & camped & rode our quads for 5 days!! My kids had a blast!!

Rockin Hooter Hider & Burp Cloths

Ok so I've said before how I LOVE Alexander Henry...I really LOVE his designs.

This fabric is called Regal Skulls. I decided to make a nursing cover and matching burp cloths (man I wish I was making this stuff when my kids were babies haha my youngest is 5) This was surpisingly easy to make & fun. I love to sew. It's very relaxing for me.

I have to say they turned out sooo cute! These together would make an awesome shower gift. And the price is very practical. The two together is $32.00.

Skulls & Bows Bag

As soon as I saw this fabric I knew it would make an awesome diaper bag!! So I ordered it. I could not wait to start sewing. So... I made this today :-)I love the bright green & blue colors & the little PUNK skull with the mohawk is my favorite!!

I'm glad I have some left over fabric to make other things I just can't decide if I should make a matching baby blanket or a nursing cover... hmmmmm

Any thoughts? Let me know what you think I should make....

"Love Tattoo" Diaper Bag/ Large Purse/ Tote

I've had this fabric for awhile just sitting in my closet begging to become something haha! I finally got the urge, and some time, to just sit & sew (These bags take about 2.5 hours to make...whew!)

Anyways, I love this Tattoo Fabric. It's slightly different from the very popular Alexander Henry Tattoo Fabric. If you're anything like me you like to have something awesome that not everyone on your block has. I love to be different & this bag is just that.

It was fun to make & I just keep looking at it :-)

Little Miss Sunshine Booties

This fabric is soo cute but I only had a little piece so I made these booties mostly out of black fabric, but the yellow is such a contrast that it stands out really well. I added little bows to the toes of these booties because I was experimenting with ribbon & I really like how they turned out.

I had just enough of this fabric to make a little dress too so keep your eyes open for thet I will be posting it soon :-)

Dragon Baby Dress & Booties

I have to say Alexander Henry is my FAVE fabric designer!!! I love this fabric so much my mom & I made my king size comforter out of it & 2 other Alexander Henry designs.

Anyways I made these last night & honestly I LOVE the booties. The dragon face just looks awesome on the front of the booties, but I'm not so sure about the dress. I think I should have done the top in black to better contrast with the dragon fabric.

It might like it better after I get pictures of it on my niece. She makes everything look cuter! haha

Traditional Tatto Style Baby Dress & Booties

So I just finished these about an hour ago. I love this fabric!!! My husband & I have a lot of tattoos and our favorite style is the traditional tattoo art. This fabric is exactly that.

I really like how this dress turned out. I tried something new with it that I have never done before which was adding the ribbon and bow around the waistline & I am really happy with how it looks :-)

Check these cute items out in my shop!!!
