Jaila donates her hair to Locks of Love

My daughter, Jaila, has been asking me for months to cut her hair like mine. I have waited because I was not sure if she really wanted to. Her hair was very long. So she came to me again this morning and asked me. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I asked her if she would like to give her hair to little girls who lost their hair from being very sick. She was a little confused at first so I logged onto Locks of Love and showed her the pictures of all the beautiful little girls who lost their hair. She became very excited. So we washed it and dried it and braided it so it was ready to ship as soon as it was cut.

Just after her pony tail was cut she cried and said she changed her mind. I cried too. I reminded her how happy the little girl who gets her hair will be. She nodded and said ok and asked me if her hair will grow back. I told her of course it will.

Now she loves her hair, NO MORE TANGLES!!!!
