ON A PERSONAL NOTE: Family Photos by Jenifer LaRocca with Digs Studio

These photos were taken by an amazing photographer (and friend of mine) Jenifer LaRocca. Jenifer suggested Nelson Nevada for our family photo shoot knowing right off the bat we would make some ROCKIN photos out there. I have to say as a mother of three I DREAD taking family photos! My three monsters always wanna do their own thing and when your flustered and in a cramped studio it is NOT fun. Jen made our photo taking experience fun. Our kids had a blast exploring Nelson giving my hubby and I an opportunity to have our own session. We've been married for almost 13 years and I only have a few pics of just me & him, and now I couldn't ask for better pics. We even got a couple of us KISSING! I don't have ANY like that (my son says EWW haha)

Shark Reef Aquarium with the kids

We took the kids to the Shark Reef for a Family day today. We went mainly for Braydon's birthday, but also as an excuse to do something cool as a family. The kids had a blast. They especially loved to be able to touch the stingrays. Braydon has always had a LOVE for animals & when we went camping last week he found a caterpillar (named Bugar haha) & played with it all week while we were there. So when he touched the stingray he says "It's soft like a caterpillar" haha kids are so fun :-)
